I don't know if you've been following the bulletin messages that Jay Pagnani and I have been sending back and forth, but he wants to leave from Bluff Point at 9:30. We're not sure how long the paddle to the parade area in the Thames River will be, so we don't know if we'l get there by 10:00, but we definitely want to encourage a big group to come.
