I am suprised an event wasn't planned too. This is a premier happening! Was my favorite paddle in 2000. It may have been less time that I remembered. Noteworthy is how safe it seemed and how well everyone got along (people in/on: kayaks, canoes, sailboats, and powerboats. The key is to leave just before the end. I have a friend coming from Springfield but we will shoot for 9:30 at Bluff Point. I will send a few emaills out to others to promote this! The more the merrier (and safer).
