Re: Jim Rasmus New Year's Day Paddle

Gusts to 50?

Time to help celebrate Jim's life and time to ring in the New Year.
: Although the runners were there last year the weather kept the
: kayakers away. Hopefully the weather will be better this year.

: The New Year's Day paddle was special to Jim. His spirit lives on
: in all of us who knew him. So come out this New Year's Day to
: help us celebrate! Launching at Esker Point at 11 a.m. Winter
: gear required. Destination dependent on conditions. Possibly
: head over to Fisher's or stay along the shore. Will return in
: time to see the polar bear swim. It's always a treat to watch
: them. If you can't make the paddle you could join us at the
: Seahorse. For those of you who can't make it, Happy New Year!
