Put the boat in the water. Nobody will see the scratches.
While you could fill the scratches, getting a perfect match is hard even with white. You could sand away the scratches, but how many times can you do that.
If you want to sell the boat and figure it will get a better price if it is all shiny and new looking, then maybe light sanding and buffing. But, otherwise it is cosmetic and kayaks are supposed to be in the water. A scratched boat on the water will always look better than a shiny boat on your boat rack.
